1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the attractions, facilities, website, and ticketing services operated by:

By purchasing a ticket, entering the premises, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Safety Guidelines. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Snow City” / “we” / “us” refers to Snow City Bangalore.
  • “Guest” / “Visitor” refers to any individual entering the premises.
  • “Snow Park” refers to the primary sub-zero temperature attraction.
  • “Attractions” include the Snow Park and any associated mini attractions or activities.
  • “Ticket” means a valid physical or digital entry pass.

3. Ticketing & Entry Policy

3.1 Ticket Validity

  • Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot.
  • Entry is subject to capacity restrictions.
  • Re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly authorized.

3.2 Non-Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Date changes may be permitted at management discretion and subject to availability.
  • No refunds will be issued for failure to comply with entry requirements.

3.3 Pricing

  • Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes are included unless otherwise specified.

3.4 Individual & Combo Entry

  • Guests may avail entry individually or as part of combo packages.
  • Combo inclusions are subject to stated conditions at the time of booking.

4. Entry Requirements – Snow Park

Entry to the Snow Park is subject to strict compliance with operational rules.

  • Wearing the specified Snow City protective outfit (jacket, gloves, and snow boots) is mandatory.
  • Jackets, gloves, and snow boots are provided free of cost on a returnable basis.
  • Socks are compulsory. Guests must carry their own socks or purchase them at reception.
  • Guests must properly cover footwear to prevent snow entering inside boots.
  • A ticket must be purchased for children taller than 2.6 feet.

Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.

5. Health Advisory & Assumption of Risk

The Snow Park operates at temperatures below 0°C and includes naturally slippery surfaces.

Guests are strongly advised not to enter the Snow Park if they:

  • Are pregnant
  • Have heart-related conditions
  • Suffer from asthma, severe cold, or allergies
  • Have fever or are feeling unwell
  • Have any condition that may be aggravated by exposure to extreme cold

Guests with medical conditions enter strictly at their own risk and are advised to consult a qualified medical practitioner prior to visiting.

By entering the Snow Park, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with exposure to cold temperatures and snow-based activities.

6. Safety & Conduct

Guests must comply with all instructions issued by Snow City staff and posted Safety Guidelines.

Inside the Snow Park:

  • Surfaces may be slippery; walk carefully at all times.
  • Running, pushing, or reckless behavior is prohibited.
  • Throwing hard snow or unsafe snow play is not permitted.

Snow City reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in unsafe behavior without refund.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Children below 2 years of age are not advised for admission to the Snow Park due to extreme temperatures.

7. Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Guests

Snow City reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual without refund if:

  • The guest violates park rules.
  • The guest behaves in a disorderly or unsafe manner.
  • The ticket is invalid or tampered with.
  • The guest poses a safety or security risk.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Lockers may be available subject to availability.
  • Snow City shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • Guests are advised not to carry valuables inside the Snow Park.

9. Photography & Media

  • CCTV surveillance is in operation for safety and security.
  • Snow City may capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
  • By entering the premises, guests grant Snow City the right to use such images unless written objection is submitted prior to entry.

Commercial photography or videography requires prior written approval.

10. Website Use & Online Booking

By using our website:

  • You agree not to misuse the booking system.
  • You shall not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
  • All intellectual property including logos, branding, and content remains the property of Snow City.

Online bookings are subject to confirmation and payment authorization.

11. Third-Party Services

Snow City may use third-party providers for payment processing, marketing, analytics, and operational support. Such providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Force Majeure & Operational Changes

Snow City reserves the right to:

  • Modify operating hours.
  • Close attractions for maintenance.
  • Suspend operations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including government directives, natural disasters, power failures, or public safety concerns.

In such cases, rescheduling may be offered at management discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

Participation in snow and amusement activities involves inherent risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Snow City shall not be liable for minor injuries resulting from normal participation in activities.
  • Snow City shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings.
  • Liability shall not exceed the ticket value paid.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence of Snow City.

14. Indemnity

Guests agree to indemnify and hold Snow City harmless against claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misconduct or negligence
  • Damage caused to property

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

16. Amendments

Snow City reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms shall be effective upon publication on the website.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
