Your safety is our highest priority. Please read these guidelines carefully before entering the snow chamber.

🥾 Watch Your Step: Snow is slippery by nature. Please walk carefully at all times, especially near ramps and play zones. Take slow, deliberate steps and hold onto handrails wherever available. ⚠️ Stay alert in all snow areas

🧦 Socks Are Mandatory: All guests must wear socks inside the snow chamber — no exceptions. This ensures hygiene and safety for everyone.

Forgotten yours? No problem — socks are available for purchase at the reception counter inside Snow City.

🏥 Health & Medical Restrictions: For your safety and comfort, please do not enter the snow chamber if any of the following apply to you:

  • Pregnancy
  • Any medical condition related to the heart, cold sensitivity, or allergies
  • Feeling sick, unwell, or feverish on the day of your visit
  • Any condition that could be worsened by cold or physical activity

⚠️ Please note: While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure your safety and comfort, the management will not be liable for any injuries sustained inside the snow chamber.

👜 Valuables & Personal Belongings Snow City Management, its company, or its employees will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal valuables. Please secure your belongings before entering the snow chamber. 💡 Use lockers available at reception

🩺 First Aid & Admission First Aid services are available on request or in the event of an emergency. Our trained staff are always on hand to assist you.

The Management of Snow City reserves the Right of Admission. We may refuse entry at our discretion to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
